Hey there friend! If you don't know me, I'm Donna DeLia and I've been a pro makeup artist for almost 20 years! And teaching in person for at least half of that.
I was terrified at first to teach online because I didn't have a following, was failing to grow my socials, and didn't want other pros to judge me.
But, I did it anyways.
I made a lot of mistakes, cringey TikToks, and went live a few times where only 2 people showed up, and 1 of them was my cousin! Not to mention the trolls in the comments. It was ROUGH in those streets.
Fast forward to today where I've made an additional $85K in my business just from teaching online and have the freedom to be a work from home mom and take ONLY the gigs I want to do (which are mainly Halloween related where I get to travel and build teams).

That means you're starting fresh! We'll figure out who your ideal audience is, what content they watch on IG, and how you can solve their beauty woes.
Then you'll use the content ideas inside W.O.W. to begin posting consistently, even if you feel like this is your first day.
Can I do a workshop if I have a small apartment and no lighting?
Yes! We'll tell you about inexpensive light options, you can set up in front of a window, or even rent out a space for a few hours.
Will there be replays if I'm late or have to miss a day?
Yep! After each day ends, I'll upload the replay to our private Facebook Group so you can watch it on your own time.
If you have questions, you can ask away in the comments and I'll get back to you.
I'm not tech friendly AT ALL, what am I going to do?
No worries. I'm a tech noob, but my partner, Greg, is a tech aficionado and can help you out. But, workshops barely require a lot of tech, which is why we're focusing on them.
They require a basic bare bone tech set up to be successful. So don't stress.
How is a workshop different from a zoom class?
Not much! Except a zoom class is a teacher giving info to the students and a workshop is the teacher working WITH the students. It's a done with you style.
I'll encourage you to use zoom to host your workshop. They're intimate, interactive, and the next best thing if you can't be together in person.
I've hosted DOZENS of workshops on zoom and every single one of them had people gushing about how special they were, how they appreciated my attention and were able to ask questions in real time face to face.
How much experience do I need to teach?
My mentor says 10% more than your audience.
You're teaching what you know and YOUR experience of it. We'll go deeper into this when we pick your niche.
But ultimately, you should have gotten results for yourself or other clients on the topics you teach.
