I’ve been a professional makeup artist for over 16 years, and while working with celebrities and creating characters for movies is a shiz ton of fun, nothing comes close to how I feel after teaching a make-up class.

Determine what skin type you have and how to treat your concerns so you love your bare face just as much as your make-up face. Skincare is self care and the love you get to give yourself twice a day.
- If you are super new to skincare, wash your face with soap and water, have no clue what an exfoliant does or why serum’s are the superheroes of your routine and the thought of this is making you anxious – don’t worry, my friend. It’ll all be broken down for you so it’s easy to understand and makes you want to have sleepovers with your besties just to drink wine in your new face mask, the nourishing kind. And yes, 50 year old's can have slumber parties, too.
- Feel overwhelmed when you step in Sephora? Not anymore. You’ll understand the differences between all the skincare products and what each one does, when and how to apply it so you can excitedly shop the aisles.
- Learn about the key ingredients to look for in products that’ll target your specific skin concerns and are right for your skin type. The days of being bamboozled by viral products that claim to work for you, but don't, are gone!

Week 2: Color Theory, Undertones, And Texture, Oh My!
Feel confident while shopping for products because you’ll understand your undertone and know how to pick out the right complexion products for your skin tone and needs.
- Identify your undertone so color matching and shopping for complexion products is easier.
- Learn how to train your eye and use the Flesh Tone Color Wheel so you can see all the different colors in your products and know if it’ll work for your skin tone.
- To color correct or not: Find out what you should spend time color correcting, best application techniques for maximum results, and which colors to use.
- In a world where every brand comes out with their own primer, find out which one will actually reduce the appearance of any texture so you have smooth, buttery skin.

Week 3: Complexion Perfection

Week 4: Contoured And Glowing
Finally be able to contour and highlight for your face shape without it looking muddy or dirty so you feel beautiful and fill up your camera roll with selfies.
- Identify your face shape and where you should highlight, contour, and add blush for your specific bone structure.
- Put an end to being confused about bronzer and contour once and for all.
- Learn the differences between creams, powders, gels, and which should be your go to based on your skin type – and what colors will compliment your complexion best.
