How much time will this take?
I'm glad you asked because you WILL need to spend time and focus on this. It's a BOOTCAMP. You aren't just going to sit on the sidelines and watch: you're getting into ACTION and getting into it QUICKLY. We're making money moves here.
That being said ... the live trainings are roughly 1.5 - 2 hrs each and the homework will take you 30 minutes - 1 hour for each one, depending how much you overthink.
We'll aim to cut through the overthinking.
In total, for the week [Sunday - Sunday], expect to spend about 7-11 hours spread out. NOT ALL IN ONE DAY.
There are catch up days in between each training for re-watches and homework.
Homework isn't extensive, it's for acceleration, accountability, and action.
It IS optional, but you want results, right? :D
