What It's NOT . . .
This Boot Camp Does Not Cover:
- Doing makeup on yourself. There’s already enough free content out there, but there’s not NEARLY enough on applying makeup on others that’ll pay you top dollar.
- Avant garde looks with rhinestones, face paint, and graphic liner. As fun as those are to do, it’s not what most people are PAYING you to do for them. What you need are the timeless fundamentals and how to make them work on anyone who sits in your chair.
- Trending products and clickbait techniques. You need to know what’s going to work on all the clients for all industries, every time, so that’s what we'll be focusing on.

The Deets
The event will take place LIVE inside a private Facebook Group
Saturday, April 22nd and Sunday, April 23rd: 10AM - 2PM PST
- The replay will be immediately saved to the group after so you can watch whenever your schedule allows.
- So if you have to leave early or can’t make one of the days, no worries - you won’t miss out and you’ll get all the information!
- The FB group will stay open a week AFTER the boot camp for you to practice techniques and get feedback.
- Once the FB group closes on 4/30, you’ll still be able to watch and rewatch the boot camp whenever you need a refresher!
Day 1: April 22nd (10AM-2PM PST)
- Learn the MUST have products in your pro kit vs. what’s nice to have so you’re not spending thousands of dollars on trending products you don’t need to get started.
- You’ll understand the 10 makeup principles of technique so you know how to create a customized look for every client based on their skin type, bone structure, and preference. ** THIS IS SO IMPORTANT and CRUCIAL to follow! **
- Skincare FIRST! And ditch the primer. How to properly prep your client’s skin for makeup so it looks smooth, youthful, and lasts all day.
- Finally understand the differences between all the foundations, concealers, and powders on the market so you know what works for which skin type and how to manipulate them so your client is overjoyed and refers you to everyone and their mom!
Day 2: April 23rd (10AM-2PM PST)
- Your clients lived through the 90’s and it can be challenging to get them a modern looking brow, so you’re going to learn about the different brow techniques from natural to dramatic and how to do them stress free!
- Not EVERY client is going to look good in eyeliner, even if they want it. So it’s up to you to know the different styles and techniques you can offer for the various eye shapes so your client's are on cloud 9 with their finished looks. And YES, we'll be talking about how to get symmetry, too!
- So many eye shapes and so many eyeshadow techniques! You’re going to master all the different ones and which work best for who so you don’t have to rack your brain when your client tells you, “you’re the expert - do what you think will work the best!” You’ll know!
- Help your clients get full, luscious lips without the fillers and how to choose which products for what occasions.
- What to put into effect to start marketing yourself and booking clients.

Hey friend, I’m Donna!
As a professional makeup artist for over 17 years – I’ve worked on every skin type, skin tone, face shape, eye shape, age, gender, and in every industry: film, music videos, bridal, live events, red carpet, broadway, runway, retail, with brands, and on celebrities.
So I know a thing or 5000 about what works when it comes to applying makeup.
My biggest pet peeve? When influencers talk about the must have products they keep in their pro kits and their best tips for starting a makeup career because it’s usually all nonsense.
Most of the products they recommend are luxury, and NOT necessary. The tips they give on doing makeup on other people are garbage. And they have no experience with makeup that is different than what they do on themselves.
I knew I had to start teaching makeup on the internet so I could divulge all the secrets because too many professional makeup artists gate keep the info that will make you successful.
My goal for you? Become booked solid with your dream gigs – whatever your industry may be – and getting paid high rates that make your bank account sing with joy.
